Maths

Today we are going to use what we have learnt about sharing to answer 'What number am i?' problem solving questions.

E.g. 'I am thinking of a number. I can make 2 equal groups of 5. What number am I?'.

To solve the question, we need to make the equal groups. How many groups do we need? (2). Draw 2 circles. How many in each group? (5). Put 5 dots/crosses in each group. Count in 2s/5s/10s to see how many you have altogether.

An example has been done for you.

Answers are attached. Optional challenge questions attached with answers.
